I would suggest the property has seen better times but we found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. I have paid far more money and received far worse attention.

There were some nice things about this hotel: the reception area is nice, them breakfast was fine, the pool was an godsend on humid days. But there were a lot of "but"s. The room did not cool off even when the outside did; there was only one working window. If you left the door open while you were in the room, you could cool the room down some, but once you closed the door for the night the room was hot again (and towels and such do not dry because it's so humid.) We wet down our sheets to be cool enough to sleep, but our sleep was still interrupted because it was so warm. Also no screens on the windows so leaving them open can let mosquitos or other bugs. That was the biggest issue. Beyond that there were ant issues - they didn't go after food but dead bugs they did. The front desk lent us dome ant spray but it did nothing to deter the creatures. Unpleasant to have them around. The hotel is definitely tired, at least in the rooms. Suances is gorgeous and the location is great to getting around the area- easy walks to various beaches or restaurants - so if it's not summer or you can sleep through anything, you're probably fine. But I would not stay here again.

El persona es amable, eso es todo lo que puede salvarse de este hotel. Viejo, destartalado, malos olores, humedades, piscina rota, en definitiva un hotel que invita a que pases el mayor tiempo fuera de él y disfutes de Suances y alrededores.

Hormigas y humedades en la habitación, un asco desde el momento en que entramos. Nos cambiaron de habitación la primera noche, parecida. Y por la mañana abandonamos el hotel cuando íbamos a estar 5 días… una vergüenza, solicitamos devolución del dinero. No se os ocurra ir a este sirio insalubre.

Decepcionante

Mal, lo reservamos por el Spa, cosa que ponía en la web que estaba disponible, cuando llegamos nos dicen que estaba en obras y que deberíamos haberlo sabido, pero ellos debían avisarlo en la web, aparte las recepcionistas no nos dieron buen trato, la única simpática la de la cafetería, en fin, un sitio para no volver.

Mehr Schein als Sein: Zimmer mit Verletzungsgefahr

Zu Anfang waren wir begeistert. Das Zimmer sah richtig schön aus. Wie ein Wohlfühlzimmer. Dann das Bett von meinem Mann: Es wackelte so stark, das man sich nicht setzen konnte. Wir gaben an der Rezeption Rückmeldung. Während wir die Gegend erkundeten wurde es behoben. Dusche: Vorsicht Gefahr vor Verbrühung. Erst warm, dann plötzlich sehr heiß um dann kalt zu werden. Wir mussten dann auf duschen verzichten. Toilette: war leicht lose. Man musste sich sehr vorsichtig setzen. Das Fenster schloss nicht richtig und wenn man es öffnete hing es verzogen herunter. Die Zimmer Tür liess sich auch nur mit großem Kraftaufwand schliessen. Während der Nacht, krachte auf einmal mein Bett im Schlaf zusammen. Ein Fuss hatte sich gelöst und ich fiel zu Boden. Bei näherer Betrachtung stellten wir fest, dass dieses Bettbein mehrfach geschweisst war. Die restliche Nacht musste ich mit Rippenprellung auf dem Boden schlafen. Dieses Zimmer war eine wahre Bruchbude. Wir suchten vergeblich die Kamaras, denn so etwas hätte gut und gern eine "Verstehen Sie Spass?" Sendung sein können...

Bastante bien

En general el hotel está bien. Lo que más me gustó, el servicio amable, la terraza con vistas donde se puede comer/desayunar, la piscina, el parking gratuito, la localiza cerca del pueblo Lo que menos, la TV (muy pequeña) y el precio.

La piscina está genial, está al lado de la costa y a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo donde hay de todo. Hay varios sitios al lado para comer/ cenar con unas vistas espectaculares. Y la playa con chiringuito está a menos de 10 minutos a pie, así q la ubicación es perfecta sin tener que coger el coche que eso es un plus. El desayuno buffet muy completo. En la habitación hacía bastante calor, no hay aire y tampoco nevera. Pero en general está muy bien.
