"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"Loved my stay at B&B Villa Zola. The views were amazing, the suite, amenities and attention to detail above par and much more than I expected. Private Terrace with a view to the sea! Absolutely wonderful stay. Antonio is a thoughtful and welcoming host. I only wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights. The villa is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, breakfasts were plentiful. What more can I say, than 5 star service and accommodation! "

Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. "Die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral, kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auf der anderen Straßenseite verfügbar (Achtung jeden zweiten Samstag im Monat wird eine Reinigung durchgeführt, hier ist das Parken von 6 bis 11 verboten). Der Check in & out ist relativ unkompliziert. Der Kaffeeautomat hat während unseres Aufenthalts nie funktioniert. Das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend und das Obst leider alt & damit überreif. "Lovely accommodation in the centre of Cagliari which is a vibrant and attractive city. The room was spacious and modern , the breakfasts were great and the owner and her team were very helpful and friendly. We parked our car in the castle car park which was only a 5 minute walk away"
