Virkelig godt

Bookede i forbindelse med Euro 2024. Lejlighederne er i nærheden af en U Bahn og det er derfor nemt at komme ind til Stuttgart centrum. Lejlighederne var rene og i god stand, check in var nemt og de ansatte høflige og service mindede

House-Keeping sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Anfragen zur Unterkunft. Große und helle Zimmer mit einer guten Ausstattung und einer kleineren Küche. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Hotel oder buchbar in der Tiefgarage. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr gutes Hotel, sondern keine Wohnung

Der Begriff "Apartments" soll aber nicht benutzt werden, da es in den "Apartments-Zimmern" keine Küche, noch auch Kühlschrank gibt... selbst Check-in vor Ort oder mit der Hotelbird App, Sauberkeit und Lage sind perfekt.

Bei der Ankunft haben wir das Self Check-in genutzt und erhielten Karten für ein Zimmer, bei dem ein anderer Gast in Zimmer eingecheckt war. Wir erhielten nach einem kostenpflichtigen Telefonat von 50 Euro ein neues Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr klein und unbequem - der Lärm der Entsorgungsanlage ab 7 Uhr in der Früh war Schrecklich.

Leider gab es bei der Buchung keinen Hinweis darauf, dass die Parkplätze vor Anreise gebucht werden müssen. Unser Apartment war leider nicht klimatisiert. Lüften in der Nacht schwer möglich, da unweit eine gut befahrene Bahnstrecke verläuft.
