Surprisingly Nice

We were able to park in the hotel underground parking lot and check in with ease. The employee at the front desk spoke fluent English and was very courteous and helpful. Our room met all our needs and we were not disturbed by noise from other rooms. We did not try the hotel breakfast. We are too tempted by the wonderful German pastry shops.

Bin ENTTÄUSCHT!!

War enttäuscht... Hatte von einem "Best Western" mehr erwartet!! Die nächtliche Rezeption war sehr kramig und umstrukturiert, jedoch sehr nett. Der Eingangsbereich als solcher hat die beste Zeit hinter sich, hatte leider etwas von einem billigen Bahnhofshotel. Als Antwort auf die Frage nach dem Frühstück, erhielt ich die Antwort : Es lohne sich nicht, zuwenig Gäste, CORONA, es gibt ein Lunchpaket!!! Dieses holte ich mir am nächsten Morgen ab und war noch mehr enttäuscht!! Pappige Aufbackbrötchen aus dem Discounter, belegt mit jeweils 1Scheibe Wurst bzw Käse, 1hart gekochtes gefärbte Ei (Ostern lässt grüßen) 1Päckchen Fruchtsaftimitat, 1 Päckchen Kakao 1Corny Riegel und 1Apfel....ja man wird Satt, jedoch war ich 5 Tage vorher in einem Best Western in Rastatt, dort gab es ein vorzüglichen Frühstück (nochmal danke dafür) Nochmals zu den Zimmern, ja sie wäre sauber, aber auch hier sah man den Zimmer das Alter an, im Bad geplatzten Fliesen, eine Duschwanne so hoch das man rein klettern muss

Rooms are fine but lobby is disappointing

The lobby is very disappointing and the adjacent bar unless you want to play darts or Fooseball . I couldn't believe this was a Best Western BUT the rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Fridge, fully controllable a/c, desk, small (maybe 27” flat screen TV), safe, good free wi-fi, decent lighting, openable windows, Keurig coffee machine, helpful staff. Brekkie extra which is disappointing as I stayed out near the airport last night (Park Hotel) for way less money with a great brekkie included.

Gute Lage. Sehr sauber. Gute Betten. Seltsames Publikum. Außer uns waren lauter weder deutsch noch englisch sprechende Menschen im Haus - Arbeiter von Mercedes!?!??? Deshalb etwas seltsame Stimmung im Haus. Frühstück okay aber nichts Besonderes für 10€.

Just one night

Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable; the bathroom was spotless and roomy. Our only "complaint" was that the two twin beds were on wheels and moved on the floor at every toss and turn. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
