"Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. The evening meal was nice, not the best food ever but it was good and there was a lot of food! The drinks were reasonable. Breakfast was lovely in the morning - lots of choice. We was sad to leave. "What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."

"What a delightful hotel in an equally delightful setting. Unfortunately we were only there overnight but the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, even sent us off with a doggy bag when we didn’t have time for breakfast. Comfortable room, great view and genuine homely feel to public areas."
