"We loved our large loft room and the central location of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Being an older building, the soundproofing is really bad, having to lock the door with a physical key from the inside when returning and the outside when leaving was a hassle, and the shower water pressure could be improved. But having said that, the spaciousness of the room we had, the view, and the service were great. The beds were also very comfortable."

The scenery was stunning with the mountains behind, plenty of restaurants across the street and bridge, the Golden Roof across the bridge, and plenty of shopping, groceries, and ice cream! And buses. The staff were phenomenal. The lady in the breakfast dining room who seated us was an absolute jewel. There is nothing but wonderful things about this hotel."
