"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Our room was spacious and clean. We even had an outside area to relax. The bed was very soft. We were charged for a breakfast that we did not intend on buying.
