"Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. simply perfect!
"finally a REAL 4 stars boutique hotel!! located in a quite and tiny street in the center of Kosice (pedestrian zone), it is a modern hotel, with very professional and simpatique staff, over-the-top breakfast and spacious and comfortable room nothing bad to say about it. We would reccomend it"

"Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time ..."

"Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!"
