"The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. "

"The hotel was very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good and a nice plus. The staff was extremely helpful, including providing us with extra towels and they also went out of their way to help me when I left something in my hotel room (thank you again for that!).
