"A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again"

"It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. City Wall House by House of Fisher
"Sad to see a 4-star facility degraded to a 2-star one. Furniture and electrical items were in a terrible state. Complaints were met with 'we have reported it to maintenance' which basically means that nothing will be done during your stay! Shower head had to be propped up with rope to stop it falling! ..."
