"The upgraded room was adequate and clean but thats about it. No amenities whatsoever, except we did upgrade for a refrigerator - but bare bones setup. No coffee machine. We were four people in a room with three flimsy towels. Shower never got hot and water just drizzled out. Pillows terrible - woke up with neck discomfort. Not up to what we consider minimal standards for comfort in a hotel-motel stay. Go elsewhere!"
