"Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff working breakfast was very kind. Front desk staff was helpful. Pool not open til Memorial Day so can’t give 5 stars on amenities (yet). Convenient. Clean. Definitely would return. "

"I did not enjoy my stay. I left a day before check out. The area was sketchy but the parking lot is gated, so fine. Trouble started before I arrived when a front desk clerk called me the morning of stating the specific room I paid for was not available, and they were changing my room. She could not provide a reason as to why, but only kept repeating "is it was okay?" I told her it doesn't seem like you are giving me the choice if it is unavailable. She hung up, I immediately called back attempting to get understanding of the reasoning it was being changed. The phone just rang, no answer. Upon arrival, immediately at check in, a clerk informed me the handicap accessible room I reserved was changed because "they have to save them for real handicap individuals." I then asked him how does he know one of the individuals I am traveling with is not handicap. He stated "because I didn't state it in the special comments section of the booking." Never have I ever had to make a special comment to mention that my wife is "really handicap" while booking an accessible room. I asked him to show me where it should have been indicated. He searched the paper work and never found it. I then told the clerk I do have a handicap individual with me, and he was welcomed to come out and check my plates/placard hanging. After going back and forth a while I told him to just put us in a room, I was tired of the debate. During the stay the pool was shivering cold. We also were denied towels. Smh. "

"The lobby is quite impressive, lovely and welcoming. Check in is completely contactless with computers there. A staff person is there on standby and very friendly. Parking is free and we saw a “security” car parked which made me feel better. However the room was not as lovely as the rest of the building. Cramped and a bit dark. Some extremely outdated parts along with some newer. Room had a fridge, no coffee maker or microwave but you can get tea, water and coffee in lobby. Shower had great pressure and mattress was comfortable. We did also appreciate the $20 pet fee as we have paid as high as $75 for one night! All rugs in and outside of room could use a good shampoo and vacuuming. Price was good so…."

"This was a roach in the bedroom, the had a suit with nothing in it. One chair at the counter, no pots, pans, or utensils. Furniture old the bed was hard 250 dollar deposit for what, there was nothing in the room but an iron. The pool was covered, the gym was storage.The picture are definitely misleading."

"This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast."

"The building needs to be condemned! Shower and sink completely filthy. Holes all in the walls of the room. No tv, the ac unit didnt work only blew out hot air!! The photos on the expedia website is completely false!! Trash everywhere including outside. Sure there was bed bugs also but was afraid to touch the bed! Walked in saw condition of room and turned around and walked right back out! Went to front desk and they said that was only room available..probably cuz the other rooms were worse than that one!! Asking for a refund from Expedia. But have not heard any news about my request!!! DO NOT STAY HERE AT THIS HOTEL! WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DEVIL HIMSELF STAY IN THIS PLACE!"
