"We waited about 15 minutes upon arrival for someone to check us in, around 7 pm. The elevators where dirtty like dirty hands that had food on them was all on the wall. The hallways were clean. They were fixing the front entrance so no parking or entering on the front. Had to park in the rear got back late so we had to park in the front and walk. The pillows were so flat we ended up going to Burlington to buy some bc we were there for 3 days. The room itself was clean. But the bathroom was like it hadn't been cleaned. There was so much hair on the floor, sink, and in the shower. It was old soap in the soap dish in the shower. And we found two stink bugs in our room. We spoke with a manager but all he said was I'll talk to the staff about the room conditions. The property only been open since December should have better service. I love the area bc of the food and shopping. Buy I wouldn't stay there again "

"Place was a dump. I’m surprised you had it in your listing. We used to live close so I thought it was a new hotel they had built. Couldn’t check in had to go to dinner. The room was a smoking room smelled terrible. Had to wash everything when we go home. The counter in the room was not finished not sealed on the end. Terrible place had to leave the next morning as smell was too bad. Lost the money for one night. "

"This facility seems more of a homeless camp than a hotel nothing worked right the elevator took forever to pick up floors my hot water needed repair and my card was charged an unauthorized fee first 250. Then 50. After the 250 did not go through no one ever mentioned that my card sent a notification well after I had my cold shower. Aside from all this malarkey I slept well"
