Stravaj Trip

The room was big and beautiful. I have no real complaints about the room. The check-in process was not good though. I couldn’t do online check-in and I couldn’t check in at the kiosks because my reservation did not have my name the same as on my ID. So because I didn’t make a reservation with my middle name in it, which is ridiculous who does that, I had to wait in line nearly 40 minutes at 1:30 in the morning to be able to check into my room.

Fun place, nice room, great location.

I had a great time and stay at Caesars Palace. This was our first “Away from the kids” vacation. The hotel was beautiful and the room was great. A couple of issues though. Vegas is expensive. With that being said, we stocked up on some drinks but couldn’t place them in the fridge cause it was stocked with super overpriced water and soda. Next the 2 front desk attendants were super rude. There wasn’t a line to check in so they weren’t in a rush to get us through the line. I don’t like being treated with disrespect especially since we weren’t rude at all. But overall we would come back again.

I booked a city view room but got a parking lot view. The room wasn’t made for 3 days. I will not be staying there again. The check in person was not friendly at all, in fact she made feel like I was a burden. (Diana)

Hotel had lots of nice restaurants, great activities to do, the location was good, staff was friendly and I had a good run on the Pai Gow & Craps Table. We arrived when the flood happened but other than that and the rain, everything was fine. Keith A.
