"Trying to sit at the bar was a bad experience and the bar staff were rude after we asked to be served when we were their for a half hour and they were right in front of us for all that time. They were too busy and they would get to us. Really. So we walked out and bought a nice bottle of wine from LCBO and ordered in a Pizza"

"Overall my stay was excellent. I was disappointed that the sheets and towels felt drenched in bleach and soap residue. I picked a Hyatt brand hotel because they take such pride in sleep- missed the mark this time. I also used the gym. I was so excited to be able to use their peloton. One was broken and wouldn’t turn on, the other one turned on but they have lapsed their commercial license so you couldn’t do anything except the demo rides. And the water bottle cage was missing. These are first world problems. The staff were so kind and helpful, the property is gorgeous and the coffee shop around the corner is wonderful."
