Comfortable room at good price

A quiet and comfortable room in a peaceful residential area. All furniture is new, bed is comfortable. Pillow might be even better though. Price is very reasonable.

The place is very far from the bus stop. It is inside a private condo without easy access by walking. The house itself is very good

Excellent stay!

Great self-check in and absolutely excellent service by their employee Conrad. We stayed for 1 month and was in contact with him during the month and he responded very fast and professionally, any of our questions or requests we had were solved immediately. Would definitely use them again another time for a short term stay. The other guests at Reckenthal were nice and friendly (shared kitchen)

Negligent Cleaning Staff

Extended my stay for a day and informed the staff that I will be staying an extra night and booked this through another reservation. Staff informed the cleaners not to clean my room for the day that my first reservation ended as I have extended my stay for another day. Cleaners still came in my room on that day and took my toiletries and a sentimental plush toy. They however did not clean the entire room as they left my phone chargers, suitcase and clothes. Chased my staff to see if they can chase the cleaners for the items they removed from my room and they were unable to. Had to wait 1-2 days for them to confirm that they can recover the things that the cleaners removed from my room.

Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Preis-Leistung

Schönes neues Haus. Wohnzimmer und Küche und Essbereich kann von allen 4 Zimmern benutzt werden. Sehr sauber und im Vorfeld und vor Ort gute Infos über Checkin, Wifi, Parken etc. Preis- Leistung gut. Leider kein Fernseher im Zimmer, sondern nur im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer. Sehr ruhige Gegend.

Die Unterkunft war gut zu finden, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und die Gemeinschaftsküche waren tadellos sauber. In der Küche wäre alles für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit( Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck und Geschirr, Salz, Pfeffer), inklusive Spülmaschine vorhanden gewesen, wir blieben aber nur eine Nacht und nahmen sie daher nur für das Zubereiten einer Pizza, in Anspruch. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche riechte schön frisch. Es gab Hand- und Badetücher und das Bad war ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums , ob es eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe gibt, haben wir nicht rausgefunden . ( Einen Ordner mit kleinen Hinweisen hätten wir sehr begrüßt) Zum CHL konnten wir zu Fuß gehen. Im Gemeinschaftsraum steht ein Fernseher, gängige Programme haben wir aber nicht gefunden. Egal, es geht auch mal so. Wie wir gesehen haben, gibt es auch eine Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen, was wir bei einem erneuten Besuch gerne in Anspruch nehmen würden. Alles in allem war es ein schöner , ruhiger Aufenthalt 👍, und wir würden das Zimmer sofort wieder buchen.
