A few notes to improve
The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night.
If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason.
The jacuzzi wasn't warm

The building has been recently renovated and it has a lovely terrace for breakfast with an amazing view on the bay. "A tremendous place stay just on outskirts of town centre and 200 metres from the sea/ harbour. Lovely room with two balconies. Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. But the best aspect was the superb breakfasts, just amazing with lovely home cooked cakes etc. Best we have experienced anywhere in Europe . Very good value for money."

Good points:
The private beach was very nice and towels were given
The swimming pools were good
The room was a great size and comfortable
The breakfast had a good choice
Bad points:
The water pressure and temperature was terrible. Had a drip of a shower!
The air conditioning didn't work very well
Quite a few corners were cut to make things cheaper - the apple juice at breakfast was seriously watered...

"the flat is ok but we could not use the hot tub as promised in our property because the garden has not gate and neighbours were using it instead of us in the night . Moreover the road towards the beach is full of rubbish and building sites. these flats are booked mostly by groups of young people and is easy to have a party on top of your flat in the night . we had to ask to be moved to a new flat in the babe beach area and it was much better "
