Straightforward, simple but comfortable
A good place for simple and straightforward lodging. Not like a full service hotel but very adequate. Comfortable bed, spacious room, kitchenette with the necessary basic tools, small table and stools, bathroom with tub and shower, desk, TV, microwave, stove ( no oven). Quiet area, quiet clients, helpful desk attendants. Breakfast not included but available. Clothes washing machine available with token from desk. A light bulb was missing in the bathroom, the bathroom vent wasn’t working, but this was minor and didn’t affect our 3 night stay. Excellent location near all necessities + great shopping. 2 minutes from the main tram hub! If you’re ok without fancy lodging, this is great.

Not having a full time receptionist was poor service. They had nobody there for our check- in and gave us the wrong code to get in the front door. Then changed the code again and didn’t tell us. No remote for the tv, which we told them about but they still never gave us. Just terrible response and communication.

Studio was surprisingly big ,well catered for kettle, coffee maker, plates, crockery ,fridge , a hob and a microwave. Nice towels in the bathroom good size bath but no plug provided so no bath but good shower. A few of the wall plugs in the bathroom not well fitted and should be adressed as could be dangerous. No aircon but fan provided Receptionists were very friendly so for the price its a perfect solution while visiting strasbourg as hotels are v pricey. Petfect location in a quiet side road

Despite instructions saying checkin started at 3, we arrived at 3 to find a sign saying reception closed at noon on Saturday & would reopen on Monday. Apparently we were supposed to have received an email giving us an entry code & a code for a lockbox with the key to the room. A French couple had the same problem and were able to reach someone who spoke English who gave us the information we needed. Got to the room to find that the metal strip between the hall & the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the lights in the hallway & over the sink didn’t work, the small table was unstable, and dirty dishes & glassware. There was no one to talk to until Monday morning. On Monday we complained. Receptionist was very sympathetic & helpful. She offered us free breakfast for one day, confirmed that no email was sent & apologized. We said we would prefer an upgrade to breakfast, but she said the hotel was very full & that might not be possible. She would send the technician to repair everything except the light over the sink-they were out of bulbs and couldn’t get more. As the technician was busy with emergencies, we were ultimately given the same room on another floor where everything except the light over the sink worked, but there was a piece of broken particle board near the bathroom sink. Both rooms had a water heater above the toilet that was a hazard. We have enjoyed other Sejours, but we would never stay here again & rec others avoid despite great location.

Don’t believe the photos!
Pros: 1. Central, easily walkable to all central sights 2. Cheap 3. Staff friendly 4. Kitchen facilities Cons: 1. Does not look like the photos at all! 2. Pillows very uncomfortable 3. No air con, a small fan in the room which was not enough 4. Not enough plugs - particularly no plugs in kitchen area so we ended up having to boil the kettle on the floor and use the coffee machine on the floor plugged in next to the bathroom 5. No housekeeping so you have to empty your own rubbish at the end of the stay 6. No safe and the door lock was dodgy Overall it’s basic, student accommodation. We thought we were booking a serviced apartment which was definitely not the case.

Perfect location!
The hotel is in a perfect location. Liked the fact that parking was available at a reasonable cost. The only thing I can add that looking at the photo on the website, I expected to have a sofa in the room. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed or a small stool.

Perfect Place to Stay While in Strasbourg
Location was amazing. In the middle of everything, it was so easy to get around!! The room was pretty spacious, and had everything we needed. Very suitable for a small family. Was grateful for the kitchen and bathtub. Only thing I just wish they gave us more towels. The service could have been a bit better. The front desk has very limited hours. Other than that, fantastic stay! I recommend.

Well located, clean and fully equipped
Very well located. The apartment has everything which is useful! It's neat and clean and the aparthotel has an elevator. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station. Not very fancy though.

It is very central and walking distance to everything. It had everything we needed for our stay. My recommendation for the property, the studio was a bit dark, so just add more lights.

Had a unit at the back so very quiet. Convenience of location couldn't be much better. No difficulty communicating with staff with relatively limited French. Did prefer to get own breakfasts after reviewing buffet available.

Great apartment stay in Strasbourg
I liked this place even if the service was minimal. It is run quasi like an apartment building. Unless you spend more than 7days there, you get no maid service and you are expected to take out your own garbage regardless. Since I'm not messy, this didn't bother me too much. It came with a fan (thankfully as it was quite warm), a kitchenette, kitchen supplies, and a decent bathroom. I had a problem turning the fridge on, but the front desk was good about quickly sending up a service guy (the fuse box had a few switches off was all it was). The area is great, about a 20min walk to the bus/train station and all around is shopping and neat buildings. Save your appetite because all around are cafes and pastry shops.

Very good Location. We arrived by Coach from Zurich- there is a Tram Service at Coach stop that stops at City Center with a 5 min walk to Hotel. This Hotel has cooking facilities with a Super market a 3 minute walk. 10 minute walk to Cathedral & Tourist Information Center.

Great place for 3 night break in Strasbourg.
An excellent choice for a three night stay in Strasbourg. The apart/ hotel was situated in the middle of town very near the tram station. The room was well appointed with everything that was needed for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and although being on the street, noise was not an issue. It was extremely hot during our visit and there is no air conditioning, that being said, the receptionist provided us with a fan upon request, which was adequate in keeping us cool. We used the hotels underground car park which was very good. The freee wifi worked well.The only problem was the water tank located in the bathroom, which like a number of other reviewers took its toll on my head. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the two receptionists, who I could not fault.

Excellent location/excellent value
Excellent location on the Isle itself so short walk to Petit France, cathederal and all other attractions. We looked at all other accommodation options and this was by far the best value for money. Room was a good size for France with natural light, king size bed, sink unit with 2 hobs plus microwave and fridge - all extremely clean. Bathroom had wc, hand basin and shower and was a reasonable size but huge metal water tank sited above wc caused several painful knocks. Reception staff very pleasant but not there Sundays nor after 7pm. Only problem we had, arriving Sunday, was that we were emailed a code for a security box to collect our room key, and this had been changed without telling us, hence we had to contact the head office, not in Strasbourg, to sort it out. A small, if somewhat stressful, problem to start our holiday, but would certainly use this aparthotel again and Strasbourg was, as always,a beautiful.city.

Good value in Strasbourg
Excellent place to stay right in the centre of Strasbourg. Very good value with smart, clean and spacious rooms. On site parking was a boon although the underground garage was a bit tight and I struggled to get up the ramp - wheelspin, etc. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning and that really is essential in Strasbourg in the summer

The location of the hotel is great, close to the Railway Station and to the tram routes. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious and well-equiped (kitchenette etc.). The only issue is that reception does not work 24/7, so if you are leaving later in the day on weekend, you can not leave your luggage there, also you have to figure out how to check out than.

Excellent accommodation. Good kitchenette for preparing food. Good, central location - 10 minutes walk to station or cathedral square. Friendly, helpful staff. Only serious issue was lack of air conditioning, which meant the room was rather warm in July.

Short business stay
Room a bit noisy in the morning as window right next to the pavement but all in all a comfortable stay and I slept well there. Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated the kitchenette and the room decor was basic but quite new. It was very convenient for the train station and public transport and easy to walk to lots of places too.

Hotel location is good. However, they do not have any reception service for saturday / sunday and also they do not authorize bookings made on weekends for immediate stays. The staff was helpful, however over my 6 day stay there was repair work going on in my room almost for 4 days and the almost all the time in the rest of the hotel. VERY NOISY

Good for enjoying old Strasbourg for the adaptable
This was our first visit to an apartment hotel, occasioned by finding no regular hotel at an acceptable rate with vacancies by the time we booked. The location, on island of the old central city of Strasbourg, was ideal for tourist activities in an atmosphere more pleasant than off-island and reminiscent of Venice (but with cars). The small kitchenette was useful. But the restricted hours of the reception desk almost led to a disaster, such as sleeping in our car, as we arrived after delays with only 35 minutes before the desk, and the main door, were shut at 20:00 for the night. The complete shutdown of service over the weekend led to finding a supermarket to buy our own toilet paper. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. The presence of a basement laundromat, even if badly overdue for cleaning, was a convenience not found in conventional hotels, and securing a basement parking spot was handy. The vanishing of the hot water supply on several evenings remains one of those inexplicable things. I'm led to question the wisdom of leaving a hotel in the sole security hands of the guests over the weekend; calling the supposed backup numbers (over the hot water issue) led to no answer and no answering machine on which to leave a message. Overall, a useful alternative to conventional hotels, for those who can adapt to the mini-apartment style of accommodation; and we did enjoy our stay in a unique and enjoyable city.

Overall good
Everything was good and the location was perfect to move around the city by foot. Only one thing to improve in my opinion: we run out of toilet papers and since there was no daily Cleaning nor reception assistance in the evening and on Sunday, we couldn't communicate it.
