"The room was clean and well maintained. the staff was courteous and very helpful. There was at least 4 languages available at the front desk and any given time. The bar had good food and fresh local seasonal beer. The location by the Rotonde for parking and tram access was incredibly convenient and a very affordable way to have unlimited access to the Strasbourg transit system. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back."

"This was our first visit to Strasbourg and our first stay at this hotel, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was wonderful, especially the food. The breakfasts were excellent, and the lunch menu was also very good — high-quality ingredients and great taste. Believe us, as Americans, we truly know good food when we taste it. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight the location — all main attractions are within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. Thank you for creating such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.
