Komfortables Aparthotel mitten in der Stadt. Schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und haben den Kurzurlaub genossen.

Zimmer war wirklich geräumig, hübsch und sauber. Bad war klein, aber total ausreichend, Küche war toll ausgestattet. Besonders gut gefiel uns optisch das „offene“ Dach.

Bra läge. Smidigt att checka in och ut. Lägenheten har varit damigt, toaletten dåligt städat. Information om hotellet, din vistelse samt password till Wi-Fi osv finns bara vid tillgång till internet. Det värkar bli lite krångligt att behöva få internet att få internet på rummet…

Innenarchitektonisch harmonisch und sachlich gestaltetes Apartment. Auch ohne "Farbtupfer" noch angenehm. Übermittlung der PIN zum Einchecken zu spät. Waren schon bei Anreise unterwegs. Wäschekontainer Nähe Fahrstuhl im EG stören den guten Eindruck. Tolle, eindrucksvolle Städtebau-Fotos im Treppenhaus.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Mein Apartement 18 war super für 2 Personen, fast alles da außer Küchenpapier, Kleenex, Salz, Pfeffer, Kassee, Tee und Wasser, wie ich es sonst gewohnt bin. Gute Lage: Bahnhof 20 min, sonst auch alles mit kurzen Wegen zu Fuß. Nur nicht das Mutterhaus, wo man sich die Schlüsselkarte abholen muss. Sehr umständlich, kein Entgegenkommen, keine Antwort auf schriftliche Anfragen, unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Ich musste mir vom Bahnhof jetzt ein Taxi nehmen, wegen der Schlüsselabholung. Vom Taxifahrer erfuhr ich vom Shuttleservice zum Apartment, dieser wurde mir nur widerwillig gewährt für 5 Euro. Der Fahrer war supernett. Unverständlich diese Kundenunfreundlichkeit. Keine hilfreichen Auskünfte nach 2 Telefonaten und 1 Email. Trotz der Lage direkt an der Marienkirche, war es nicht laut! Würde ich wieder buchen und kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Wo denn und schöne Unterkunft im Zentrallage

Saubere und moderne Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen, schöner Blick auf die Marienkirche, funktional eingerichtete kleine Küche, zwei TVs, ein bequemes Bett, leichter Zugang durch Aufzug. Man tritt sofort in die Stadt ein, kann sich morgens Brötchen holen, Restaurants in Laufnähe, Eine wunderbare Altstadt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Leider wurde uns nicht gesagt dass wir uns in einem anderen Hotel einchecken müssen. Bei 35Grad im Schatten mussten wir mit unseren Koffern wieder zurück über den Platz um zu dem anderen Hotel zu gelangen. Eine Unterbringung der Koffer für diesen kurzen Zeitraum war leider nicht möglich. Die Damen am Empfang wies und darum leider nicht so nett hin. Ein soeben eingetroffer Gast empfahl uns kostenlose Parkplätze etwas außerhalb. In beiden Aparthotel wurde uns dafür nur der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz oder die Parkgarage angeboten. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Alles war sehr gut gepflegt und die Putzkräfte waren sehr Freundlich und Zuvorkommend

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinem Anlaufproblem

Wir erlebten eine schöne Woche in einem toll renovierten Gebäude der Altstadt. Die Superlage wirkt sich leider auf die Parksituation aus. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Halteverbotszone, der nächste öffentliche Parkplatz befindet sich am neuen Markt ca. 150 m entfernt. Leider wurde uns das so nicht mitgeteilt, ebenso wie die Tatsache, das sich der Ort des Eincheckens geändert hat. Nicht nur wir, auch andere Gäste standen nach mehrstündiger anstrengender Anreise etwas verloren vor der Tür. Hier hätten wir uns genauere Hinweise gewünscht. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung, das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Reinigungspersonal und eine wunderschöne Stadt ließen uns den etwas holprigen Beginn unseres Urlaubs vergessen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel empfehlen, die kleinen Kommunikationsprobleme sollten sich leicht abstellen lassen.

Very Nice place to stay

The apartment is well appointed with everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was good, very clean and well kept. The only tiny thing for me was the communication for getting into the apartment was sent in German and needed google translate to see what it said but that's down to me not speaking the language of the country I am going to

Super schönes Appartement mit gemütlichem Fachwerk-Charme. Unkomplizierter Check-in/-out, sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Das gesamte Gebäude scheint erst kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Von daher ist alles sehr neu und in einwandfreiem Zustand ohne etwas von seiner Ursprünglichkeit eingebüßt zu haben. Insgesamt sehr hochwertig!
