"We were taken care of at reception by Jennette. She truly is an asset to your Hotel and remember those people! It's what makes your business and your guests stay truly special. She was so kind and welcoming, she went above and beyond for my kids and I, which will have us coming back! Jennette aside, the room overall was clean. There was multiple hairs in our sink, which is always just a turnoff. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

"The suite was well appointed. Renovations are modern and very nice. Sky bar and pub were fantastic. Be ready to valet for almost $30 before tip. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Starbucks is understaffed in the morning. "

"Second time I've seated elevations first time was what drew me back for the second second time. The air handler in the room really didn't do anything luckily it wasn't that cold out so didn't need much heat. The refrigerator really didn't work either at all. Kind of disappointing all all. It's a nice enough place to stay and I would recommend doing it. But some of the facilities in the room I had the second time were not up to par"
