Enjoyable hotel!

"The room was spacious as well as the shower. The staff was very nice....especially Mimmi! She was a ray of sunshine each morning! She always had a cheerful greeting and a wonderful smile! She added that special touch to our stay. The breakfast buffet that's included is so delicious! So many options! It was well worth it! The metro was extremely convenient and right outside the hotel! Signs in the metro directs you to the hotel was a great touch! The only con was there was no safe in the room. That would have given us that extra sense of security. (Tried to add photos but the site wouldn't let me)"

"This hotel is super convenient to central station & Arlanda Express. It is also very convenient to shopping & restaurants and Gamla Stan is within a reasonable walk of the hotel. The hotel features a vast breakfast buffet with so many options to suit any palate. The rooms are roomy & clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & would absolutely recommend. "

"Great hotel in Stockholm central. Elevator to the Arlanda Express is right outside the hotel. We had a room with no windows, but we actually liked that, since the sun rose very early. We got great sleep all nights we were there. If I’m ever back in Stockholm, I’ll definitely stay here again. "

Hotel Gamla Stan, BW Signature Collection

Wonderful place!

"You expect staff to be friendly and welcoming but all this staff made us feel they were genuinely glad we were there and wanted to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any of the staff names but the lady who checked us in was so welcoming. We had an early flight out the next morning and she arranged our cab, looked up which terminal we would be leaving from and set up a take away breakfast. Our room was not ready so she stored our bags. When we returned in the afternoon, the lady who checked us in was just as welcoming. When we left the next morning, the gentleman greeted us with our delicious take away breakfast. We also received an upgrade to a sea view room. I have attached a picture with our view. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a fantastic location. Do yourself a favor, and stay here. "

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Hotel C Stockholm! My husband and I came to Stockholm from the US for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and are so glad we picked this hotel. Not only was our room beyond satisfactory, but the hotel played Taylor’s music the entire time we were there, had a table with glitter makeup and hair sprays to get ready for the concert and had one of the BEST breakfast buffets we have ever experienced…did I mention it was free for all guests?! Words to describe the hotel overall: clean, environmentally conscious, great shower water pressure, nice bed, plenty of clothes storage options, yummy breakfast, super friendly/helpful staff and the most convenient to ALL public transportation in Stockholm. This hotel literally sits adjoining the train, bus and subway station! Getting around Stockholm was super easy and all trains are modern and clean. Loved our experience at Hotel C Stockholm and will stay here again next time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
