"Property outside needed taken care of. Where there was tile it looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. Elevator floor was damaged like a leaked liquid made it warp. The room I had the tile in the restroom was broken and missing grout. I have stayed there before and it had always been clean but this last stay may be my last. I was disappointed because I really like staying there."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast, dinner, and drinks are a fantastic perk. The fitness center is small, but has the basics and is well maintained. We didn’t use the pool, but I walked around the pool area and it was also very clean and inviting. The parking garage with gated access added an extra level of safety. The laundry was cleaner than most hotel laundries I’ve encountered. The machines conveniently take credit/debit card instead of coins. Overall it was a great stay and I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit my family is SA! Thank you!"

"Water slides were great. However, for three days, I had to call to get our room cleaned and towels replaced. We left in the morning and when we returned 4 or 5 pm, our room was not done. We did not have the “privacy” sign on the door."

"Clean room and didn't charge for parking. We didn't do breakfast. The staff was good. We got there at 9:00 so not much to comment. We did have trouble getting on the WIFI in our room. My husband went down twice to the front desk but eventually were able to put in the password."

"Best Hotel stay I've ever had! The hotel is clean and well kept, the staff is super friendly, the hot tub was perfect.. not to mention the Kick Start hour! 3 complimentary beverages AND a dinner! Breakfast did not disappoint either! We will definitely be back. Drury is our new favorite hotel!"
