"Room was small but spotless and comfortable. Actually much more modern than we expected. It was raini g so we ate in the Indian restaurant downstairs which was excellent Reasonable breakfast Very easy access over the road from the station "

"This was a very comfortable room,and all the staff were very helpful. There was no hand basin in the toilet in the room. Which is not sanitary. The breakfast was high standard. The downstairs bar was well stocked and the barman was welcoming."

"The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the staff was not interested at all to provide a pleasant customer experience. A stunning example is that staff took the elevator before us to transport dirty dishes. The breakfast was extremely messy with empty coffee machines, broken juice machines, empty yoghurt, other products. We had to find our own cuttlery and the staff was generally completely overwhelmed. For nearly 500 euro’s per night the quality was far, far from what is to be expected at those prices. The spa looked good but it was so crowded we decided not to go. The gym is equiped very well but the machines were, surprise- dirty. Really a shame because the venue is fantastic, but clearly very poorly managed"

"A good welcome, clean room and good shower, as well as a comfortable bed and decent choice in the restaurant. The hotel is looking a little tired and dated, but is brilliant value."

"Very nice staff, location and comfortable. Unfortunately they would not give points when from an Expedia reservation. Not sure why, but this would make me choose a different route."
