"I really like the Hotel, and Would come back in a minute on my next trip through Sacramento. My only complaint is when towels get thin take them out of service, kind of hard to get dry after a shower. This is nothing that would keep me from coming back."

"The staff and even others staying there were all friendly and helpful. I liked the in-room coffee service, but wish there was also some available in the lobby area. Didn't expect only a microwaved breakfast in the dining room, but it was OK. When I had leftovers to reheat for a snack, there was no microwave in the room, so had to take my container down to the snack sales room down by the main desk. "

"We went for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday and had a great time. Staff, room and activities were great. The only problem we had was with accessibility at the automatic doors I use a mobility scooter and my mom was in a wheelchair and the accessibility doors didn’t work very well or not at all at some doors. "

"I had a change in plans at the last minute. Grace the evening clerk handled my situation with patience, confidence, and her knowledge and experience. She knew the booking system so well, she assured me every step of the way, of what should happen as she changed my reservation. She was successful and I was very impressed and appreciative! Good job!"

"The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were verry friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The only issues I had were my blinds were broke and everyday they went up less and less. The shower head needs to be deep cleaned or replaced as it more poured and and not sprayed. The carpet was sticky and needs replaced or deep cleaned. Other than that it was a great stay. "
