"I had to book here last minute because Days Inn could not accommodate my physical needs. Polly was very helpful. The first room she gave me the carpet had been washed and was still wet, which she did not know. I almost slipped and fell, an Accident and lawsuits waiting to happen. She tried a few other rooms on the 1st floor they also Had wet carpets. Finally found a room with a carpet that was more dry, but I still slipped a bit. There was a frozen food bowel stuck in the freezer in my room. I did not remove it incase it would break the freezer shelf. Told Polly she said she made a note of this and the carpet for the manager. I believe your complimentary breakfast should close at 10:30AM not 9:30 am. Most people sleeping in on vacations. The sign should be at eye level not up high on the wall because I didn’t even see it, almost missed breakfast the first morning. The Jacuzzi bathtub is very difficult to get into and out of when you are not very tall, also a very high risk for fall and lawsuit. Maybe and hand rails to hold on to to get in and out of the Jacuzzi tub. Aside from this my stay was very please and quite as can be for a non luxury hotel and worth the cost even though I paid additional $90 for my stay."

"Everything was great except the alarm went off both nights i was there first night lasted 5-10 minutes and second night just a couple seconds but definitely woke me up. Other than that little incident the room, the breakfast was great! Will definitely be staying here again"
