d beliggenhed men dårlig service og for lidt plads

Super beliggenhed i Gamla Stan og meget rent hostel, men hvor var det ærgerligt at stedet ikke formåede at opretholde en god service. Der var ikke et komfur i køkkenet (kun en ovn), køkkenet var meget lille og morgenmaden blev sat frem på alt for lidt plads og det samme sted som gæsterne selv kunne tilberede morgenmad, (man kan undre sig over om det overhovedet er tilladt ifht sundhed) hvilket gav en meget presset stemning. Den ene morgen var det ikke lavet kaffe nok, den næste morgen var kaffemaskinen i stykker og den 3. morgen gik det ok. Personalet var ikke særlig imødekommende hverken ved morgenmad, tjek ind eller tjek ud. Men det fungerede fint med koder til hoveddør, værelse og nøgleboks til bagage rum. På værelserne er der ikke borde og stole, så man kan kun spise i opholdsrummet hvor der ikke er særlig meget plads ifht antallet at værelser. Vi sad på sengen og spiste morgenmad, da alle pladser var optaget hver morgen. Bad og toiletter er fine og rene.

Perfekt placering, formeget lejrskole

Inden vi ankom var vi klar over at der var lidt alternativet, men en forventning on kog til åben himmel var årsagen til vi bookede. Vi bode så i kælderen unde dette view! Vi var underholdt hver nat af en nabos snorken idet rummene ikke var adskilte af andet end en skille væg. Badeforholdene kunne trænge til en opjustering, de er for primitive.

Location can’t be beat - in the historic old town, close to transit and the ferry. The hostel itself is very unique. However, the open bedrooms made it difficult to check in later without disrupting people, lack of privacy and snoring was not so great.

ドライヤーは要リクエストとなっていましたが、滞在中一度もスタッフを見かけなかったので借りられませんでした。ドライヤーを使えるような場所もなかったので、どちらにせよ使えなかったかもしれません。２泊利用する予定でしたが、自然乾燥は耐えられないので途中で別のホテルに変えました。

I like the style of Old town lodge it is stay in the old town (Gamla Stan). One thing that we dont like as one the first night stay it also have baby stay in another Shared Dormitory

일단 방음자체가 아예 안되는 구조지만 이어플러그를 제공해준다. 호텔 내부는 매우 예쁜 디자인으로 되어있다. 다만 이불솜과 베게가 더러웠고 시트로 완벽히 커버할 수가 없었다. 조식이 매우 훌륭하다

Mysigt ställe med perfekt läge

Mysigt ställe med perfekt läge på en tyst gata med trevlig lobby. Sovsalen var väldigt mysig men lyhörd då båsen saknar tak. Frukosten var lite tråkig med enbart rostbröd, marmelad, smör, cornflakes och mjölk. Det kunde åtminstone funnits någon grönsak och annat bröd. Finns veganskt smör och mjölk om en säger till i receptionen.

The best hostel I've been in

This was an amazing hostel with a lot of space and privacy. The location was perfect: in the middle of old town, within walking distace to the city and in a quiet street. Rooms were nice and all the people were friendly and respected each other so it was super quiet during the night.

L'endroit est bien situé. Les chambres sont petites. Propres mais ne regardez pas sous le lit. Le point noir est la cuisine , le four ne fonctionne pas, il n'y a pas de plaque chauffante et le coin pour s'asseoir est trop petit , Il n y a pas de place pour tout le monde. Super emplacement.

Delizioso

Ostello super carino con personale altrettanto gentile e sorridente. Frequentato per lo più da giovani ma non aspettatevi un posto caotico, anzi, l’atmosfera é rilassante e amichevole. Pulito, stiloso e in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città...pieno centro. Posto bellissimo.

good, clean and fair price

fair price, very clean and very good location. just the window from the room dont close so well and than the cold breeze from the swedish winter came in over one of the beds. but over all its a very good cost benefits and I recomend this hostel.

Fint rum och bra läge

Jag tycker det var ett trevligt och prisvärt ställe med superbra läge. Det negativa var att det är väldigt lyhört, vilket visade sig tydligt för mig som hade rummet närmast entrén och allrummet. Och kanske liiite smutsigt under sängen. Annars fräscht och trivsamt. Jag hade gärna haft lite info om wifi. Jag vet inte om det fanns?

Fantastic place to stay. Location perfect, tucked away in the Old Town. The place is spotless, beds comfortable and it's great value for a fuss- free stay. Staff friendly and efficient. Make sure you book early!

Should provide correct room condition at booking.

It was really a surprise to me when seeing the booked bed. It was in one of the five cubicles in a single arched hall. The cubicle dividers were too low and too thin so that all people in cubicles had to "share" lights and conversations in all other cubicles. Dirt and debris fell from the roof to the bed while sleeping. If the true condition was provided at the time of booking, I could select another type of bed or another hotel. The information provided by web at the time of book was the least comparable with the reality I have even experienced with the hotel.com booking. I think providing precised information of the selected bed/room at the time of booking is the most important quality for me to make correct decisions. Misleading information like this case damaged good feelings I have with hotel.com and reduced my confidences to book rooms on hotel.com.
