It was great to stay here for a few days, the room was very comfortable, pillows especially were brilliant. Not so good was the weather, suddenly dropping to 4° but the warm rooms, excellent breakfasts and delightful staff more than made up for the cold! Thank you.

This hotel was great! Lovely rooms, common areas and toiletries. Breakfast was amazing and had a great selection. Only negative is that we had a room without a window and as such had air conditioning - the room atmosphere was quite dry. However it was our choice to book this room. Everything else was perfect!

Comfortable beds
Very lovely hotel. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable and the rooms are clean. The restaurant onsite is excellent and love the bar area. Great service and very friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel was quiet, clean, and very safe. Loved that they had shampoo and conditioner and not just a two in one. Breakfast was nice with good variety. Had options for vegans also including different types of milks. The room however felt like a cave with no windows, very small and no desk so not ideal to work from.

Really clean and well appointment room. Beds comfortable and shower great. Breakfast fabulous and we liked the sauna. The Arc restaurant and bar was very impressive.

Check-in was unacceptable. We arrived from the US in the morning having booked the room for the previous night so that it would be available for us when we arrived. However, it was not ready; it took considerable prodding to get the room readied quickly. Once settled in, we found the room and service fine. Noteworthy were a complementary breakfast and a direct 20 minute bus ride into the city center.

Design Hotel at a great price.
Great modern hotel with modern design. Super comfy beds, fabulous breakfast and wonderful rooftop restaurant at Arc. Glad we stayed.

Cracked Ceiling which was about to fall. The curtains let in light and the previous guest had selotaped the curtain to the window sill. room was not cleaned as suspected bedbugs gave me a rash and scars. AVOID!!!

Lovely 2 night stay when visiting Stockholm. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Very close to restaurants and local supermarket. We were able to walk to the city centre from the hotel easily.

Perfect Hotel
We were worried the hotel might be quite far out for us but didn’t realise how easy and quick you can get round in Stockholm. You can be at Stockholm centre within 10 minutes from leaving the hotel! The beds were extremely comfy (so much that we slept in for our flight home), the sauna and gym were great and always quiet. Perfect for sweating out our alcohol from the night before. We visited the rooftop bar only once but wish we had another night to go for food and enjoy it more. The breakfast was the best selection I’ve seen before at a hotel too! The staff were great and helpful. Even when I tried to get in the hotel using my travelcard (too many beers). It was just the perfect accommodation for our trip at such a great value.

Stunning design hotel which feels far more luxurious than the value for money pricing. Breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel, so much choice including fresh salmon, ramen, fried rice as well as the usual offerings. Smoothies, ginger shots, different juices as well. Room are spacious, bathroom is modern and a great shower. Close to central Stockholm. Either a 3 min walk then a direct bus (every 10 mins frequency) or a 10 minute walk and a variety of tube options that take minutes.

If I could describe the experience: stylish hotel full of design elements and elegant touches (Byredo products are always a plus), breakfast service was very diverse and delicious. However, we got extremely disappointed to find dirty towels in the bathroom when we checked-in, not the level of Design Hotels chain we usually opt for.

I really like this place. A home away form home. Pretty accessible, great places around and the place is very stylish. As I stay here for work, I particularly like the co-working vibe to the lobby. I really recommend.

A splendid breakfast
We chose to come back after a very successful and appreciative stay some months ago. However, the room was warn down and the toilet sink dirty - so that was a minus since it’s a designer hotel. Otherwise top notch. The breakfast is amazing.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were cozy and well equipped and staff were quick to provide items not readily available in the rooms (e.g. and iron and ironing board). The breakfast selection was amazing considering it was included in the price, something for everyone! You have to check out the rooftop bar, the views were fantastic. No complaints; phenomenal value for money!

Nice but has some flaws
Nice looking hotel. Great design, but lacking two key elements; mini fridge and soft close doors. I can't for the life of me figure out why hotels don't have doors that don't slam.
