Towels were dirty 2x . AC is horrible doesn’t even get cold . The sink and shower took forever to go down water backed up. Bartender staff and security very helpful and nice . Location was good .

Easy walking distance to and from the train station for a couple of retired folks with their luggage. Very quiet. The nice thing about the Sheraton is that they provide washcloths…. No other hotel we stayed in did that.

Literally a great hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Many places are at walking distance. Staff is very good and friendly; the room was kept clean every day. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice. The hotel itself could use a renovation, in the hallways it's like going back to the 70s. The underground car park is handy but very expensive (45 euros per day). Tip: the central station is around the corner.

There is construction very close to the hotel, and you can hear it and feel it (vibrations) since 9am and sometimes since 7am. Very loud. I think it should be warned so you know what to chose. Service at the bar was outstanding!
