"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

"Es war im grossen und ganzen angenehm. Sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und gepflegt - jedoch die Matratzen viel zu weich, so richtig durchgelegen. Die Kissen zu dünn und zu klein. Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service auch. Wir sind ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit angekommen und haben eine rechte Zeit gewartet, bis jemand gekommen ist, um uns reinzulassen. Der Besitzer hat uns gefragt, ob wir im Mail keine Info hatten über den direkten Zugang und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Diese Info hätte...

"Check in ab 13 Uhr war möglich, jedoch wurde uns erst ein anderes Zimmer als das gebuchte Superior-Zimmer (und bereits bezahlte) zugewiesen. Auf Nachfrage gab es das gebuchte unterm Dach. Wenn die Tagestemperaturen über 32 klettern hält man es dort nur aus, wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das tat sie nur für 30 Minuten, dann stieg sie aus. An der Rezeption bot man uns alternativ einen Ventilator an. Der hilft dann leider auch nicht. Über Nacht die Dachfenster auflassen ist dann die einzige...

"This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit."
