"Would like to say staff was great and prompt on calls to the front desk from room. Not so great walking up to the front desk evenings hours( no one there) Just call from your room apparently. One of the TV's by the bed wasn't working, yet had sitting area with a TV in room that worked fine. Called front and they tried to fix it, was offered to change rooms. As staff couldn't figure it out either. Still stayed, not that big of a deal. Although, one of the windows for some odd crazy reason, was in the process of being repaired. It was ducted tapped and had press board possibly and card board box over it. Now if my children were small, they are grown now. That would be a major safety concern for obvious reasons [3rd floor & not a sleep walker] So assuming it was just that room, maybe they forgot it was still under maintenance? Still wasn't feeling the need to move rooms, after the discovery. I was tired and it was late. Tried both restaurants. One to be more formal, food was ok, and prices decent. You'd be better off in the bar with the pool tables, as far as the food menu though. The swimming pool was ok, jacuzzi was tied up with a bunch of kids. So not that relaxing and skipped it. Breakfast they served in the morning, was ok. The stations of food, seemed oddly arranged. They had asked to see my room key for room #, which was fine,but felt weird about. Id rather scan my room key than be asked on a random check. As no one els I saw being asked. New owners 2024? Upgrades needed"

"Perfect for us staying while our son at UWSP right around the corner. Nothing fancy - but clean and convenient - comfy beds - waffle maker in bfast area - helpful friendly staff - nice desk in room for working as well... close to many food options for meals - doesn't have coffee maker in room but has a machine for making a fresh cup on demand available in lobby any time and starbucks right around the corner. Definitely our go to for overnight stays when visiting Stevens Point."

"I have been to plenty of hotels in Stevens point. By far the top one. Gave a four because pool was cold although fun and the bed that I slept on was broken it caved in on one side. Breakfast was great. Staff was great as well!"

"Everything and everyone was wonderful. Missed coffee in the room, but 24-hour coffee in the lobby (and hot chocolate!) was delish. Was looking forward to the hot tub, but it was shut down :( Pool was nice though. Every single staff member was super friendly :)"
