"This property was gorgeous with a treehouse feel. Our guest room was comfortable and well-decorated. The staff/owners were very attentive and communicative. I recommend this property for a nice quiet getaway. "
"My wife and I loved our stay at the Rose St B&B. The house was beautiful and Jaime was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in the area. "

"My partner and I only stayed for one night, but we both liked the room very much.
Parking is attached, so it was an easy haul for suitcases.
My only complaint was about the check-in process. We tried to check in about 90 minutes early, and the staff was only just arriving at the desk. We were told there was a fee. Understandable. So, we waited. We ate and came back to the desk 15 minutes early and were told to wait or pay the fee. We sat in chairs opposite the desk for 15 minutes, and then checked in. I get that rules are rules, but that was totally silly.
I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. The room was updated and super clean. Best hotel shower I've ever had (great water pressure, and hot water came really quick).
Bonus tip: If you walk outside and go down the street passed the train, there's a little pedestrian walkway along a crick. You hear a lot of road noise, but it's a nice little walk."
"The location was nice amd the creekside room was great.veey relaxing to sit by the river and just relax after a long day on the road. The room coupd habe used a bit of an upgrade but overall very satusfied. "
"The room was very, very nice. We did have a little hiccup with our neighbors. They had their TV on too loud. I called Security and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. We were able to sleep after that. Our stay was great. We love staying at your hotel. Thank you."
"The room was nice. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The only downside was that there was not free parking for the hotel. Otherwise really cute and charming place! "
"A great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Manitou Springs or to the starting line for the Pike's Peak Ascent or Pike's Peak Marathon.
Good on site laundry and ice machine.
Nice breakfast room for meeting people. Pretty good breakfast, too.
