"I understand you pay for what you get, but the bathroom was very visibly dirty and nasty. Soap streaks, hair in various parts of the shower, crusted toothpaste in the sink, dirt and hair on the back of the toilet seat and the seat itself. There is no way anybody can call that clean and feel comfy using the bathroom in any capacity. Very disappointing and will never be returning."
"This was a great place to stay. Very clean and had toiletry items that we needed along with hair dryer and iron. Right off of 95 which we really liked. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Bathroom in room 120 has electric outlet installed up-side down by the sinks. Shower stall has a curved shower bar that extends out side basin plus curtain is too short allowing shower to flood the floor outside of the bath area. Also there should be a clothes bar installed in the recess that houses the ironing board. There is nothing to hang clothes on anywhere. Hotel was exceptional."

"Freindly staff convenient location. Love the parking deck that allows me to park at the same level as my room floor. They used to have EV charging, but it is no longer there. They tell you about the supercharger down the road, but I liked the convenience of charging on location. "
"We had a few issues on arrival with the room, but the management team made things right for us the following day. We were very happy with the room facing out onto the Savannah river. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip"
