"Check in staff not very hospitable. Checked in at 7:30pm. Hotel Needs some serious updating. Hotel is very old. Rooms are musty and not aesthetically pleasing. Still using shower curtains that don’t work and spills water all over floor. Phone didn’t work in room. When maintenance came by I was ready to hop in shower and ask them to come back in 10min to fix phone but they never returned. Had to go down to restaurant to order room service since phone wasn’t working. Room service was in a paper bag and to go boxes, no plate or table was it served in. Restaurant/room service closed at 9 pm. Next morning housekeeping knocking at door around 10:00’to let us know check out is at 11:00. Did not feel welcomed at the hotel. Only positive is it’s a good location if you’re planning to go to the BNP tennis tournament. Close by. Complimentary shuttle would be nice. Won’t stay there again. "

"This is a great property, but the check-in process is strange. Check-in is at 4:00, but there was no room available until 8:30. They finally found a room after 20 minutes. With checkout being early, you would think that rooms would be available at the check-in time. "
