"Great Stay! Great Location! "

"The property was overall within a great part of Arlington and a decent walk from Starbucks and a few other local food spots. However, the apartment was not as visually pleasing as pictures indicated. It was spacious, but a few of the seating areas and remotes looked liked pizza sauce was wasted and spilled and another stained area on the dinner table that was not fully cleaned. "Perfect apartment for staying solo on a business trip!"

"So-so stay at this condo. It started when we booked the room through Hotels.com. The "We host" portal wanted us to upload our drivers licenses after the reservation was confirmed... but we didn't feel comfortable with that so i uploaded a business card. The location and size of the unit were the best part. It was very close to 2 metro stops, and the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were convenient for our family. When we arrived at the unit, it was very musty inside. There was a dehumidifier in the living...

"The unit was very functional for our party of three, however... Checking in and out was confusing at best. We had uploaded all the information including ID cards well in advance of our arrival when we first booked the reservation. Yet literally as we're flying into DC, a rental agent sent an email informing us that they hadn't received them... very unsettling at beyond the 11th hour. Fortunately, all three of us were traveling together and we managed to take a photo of our IDs and email them...

"Everything was phenomenal except for the shower. It has a strange half door and extremely high pressure that causes water to shoot out of the shower amd onto the bathroom floor. The staff was all extremely accomdating and helpful. Amazing staff!!"

"Enjoyed my stay. Staff was super friendly and kind. Property is dated and could use upgrades in the common areas . Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Parking is valet only and $55 daily, I would park in a public lot next time. "
