"Clean room every day Breakfast no good"

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the first night, when we pulled the covers back there was a bug. We notified the staff the next day and they immediately came to our room and inspected the bed thoroughly and changed out all the sheets and pillow cases. Our last night as I was brushing my teeth, a bug was crawling on the sink and I washed it down the drain. I didn't mention it because I was just ready to get sleep and go home. Again I have no complaints about the staff. Really nice."

"Out of 3 of the rooms I got to check in early for 2 of them the other one wasn’t even ready at check in time we got to check in for the last room a lil after 5pm, Starbucks staff was very slow and rude, knowing there was a line the barista was just talking to a fellow casino staff, when they know military graduation is going on they should be a lil bit more prepared staff wise as there’s over 150 soldiers graduating and not much options in the area close to base and they get sold out, no microwave in room which sucked"

"The building is in disrepair the steps leading to the upper level were taped off with caution tape because they were broken. On the first night of our stay the room beside ours had an issue with the lock so the staff tried to break the door in by beating and banging for quite a while. There was no iron hair dryer or coat hangers in the room. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. There were three of us in the room but only had two towels and when my mother in law went to request more towels they would not give her any until she brought the ones that were already there back. I’ve never stayed at a place less concerned about customer satisfaction. The only positives I can report was the amazing water pressure and the cold AC."
