Sehr ruhig und ab vom Schuss gelegen. Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. "The woman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly, but that was the last good thing that happened. The room was absurdly small, maybe 12' x 12', and the ceilings slope almost to the floor! If you are over 4' 6" tall (125cm?) (I do not exaggerate) you will certainly suffer a painful bump on the head. Also, there is no AC: it was very uncomfortably hot and stuffy. And this is not a full service hotel. For example, if there is a problem in the corridor in the middle of the night (as there was)...

"Staff friendly and competent. OK breakfast. Diner was fine. We could not quite understand the high rating this hotel got. Forest themed, the decoration was sad, a bit outdated and worn. The mattresses were thin and not particularly comfortable. Our view of the forest was to a rain drenched copse strewn with beer cans and a tissue (I hope unused). Perfectly adequate, but overrated.
