"Minder goed: - geen gordijn/luxaflex aan de balkondeur - luxaflex bij het bed werkt niet - stopcontact links onderaan de muur bij de balkondeur hangt uit de muur - deur van de slaapkamer klemt, gaat niet soepel dicht -aanwezige stoffer en blik was kapot. - in de badkuip zou een badmat handig zijn, het is erg glad - kussens van het bed te plat - het balkon boven brokkelt af, 's nachts viel er een stukje af en dat ketste via de bakustrade tegen het raam wij schrokken wakker daarvan - TV niet...
