There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean.

The most convenient place to stay if you are reveling through Alsace by train. Steps away from the Zurich main station. Simple accommodation and wonderful staff.

Super Clean, loved the style of everything! after pushing the two beds together to make a full size , it was huge and super comfortable, and best thing is the price! Would definitely come here again when visiting

We had a fantastic stay in a two-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and fully equipped with great amenities, including a kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was so convenient. ​Location: While it’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, there is a tram station right across the street, making it very easy to get around. ​One suggestion: It would be great to have Smart TVs for international travelers, as most of the local channels were in a language we didn't understand. ​Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
