"Where to start... I'll start with the postive. This accommodation was clean and provided nearly everything you could need, unfortunately thats the only positive I can find. We only booked to stay here because our first choice hotel (that we have stayed in previously) was fully booked but we chose this one as the location was good for our needs and it had parking. "On arrival the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were helpful but without a smile. We then had the unfortunate experience of guests in the next door room who insisted on playing loud music in the evening, then again at 6.15am, being loud and smoking, the whole corrider smelt of cigarettes, which in turn created a fire risk for all guests. In turn the hotel staff were reluctant to compensate us (having spent €300) for this experience. We were offered breakfast which really was a little cost to them, we however were veey upset and tired for our day ahead. The hotel staff did not deal qith the people in the next room at all alart from ask them to turn the music down, they should have been thrown out! "
