Steinbach am Wald Trip

Spacious home with some fun amenities. Dishwasher was broke but otherwise everything was in good working order.

Great room overlooking the sphere.

Room and area was nice. The staff that kept on nagging for shows and tickets were not nice.

housekeeping, room was not cleaned one night and we were told it is a courtesy. No fridge is also a negative as well as no coffee in room. Dirty carpet in hallway

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
