The location was fine. The staff were not overly friendly. There are no coffee makers in the room and the hotel charges for a cup of coffee in the lobby (I think it came out to about $3.50 per cup for coffee you make yourself from a machine--unless you purchase the continental breakfast for almost $19.00 per person--then coffee is included. The hotel and the breakfast are way overpriced but your choices for hotels are very limited. The room is very mediocre for almost $250 per night.

Really nice hotel and loved the stay
This was the perfect stay for three people in these Corona-virus times, where we could cook and enjoy our won meals in the apartment. The property is very convenient located close to shopping opportunities and the parking is on the site as well.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Smile, the lady who checked us in was indeed a SMILE! She brought sunshine even though the sky was grey when we arrived. The room is compact and has verything we need. The communal kitchen is super with perfect amenities.

It is a very nice place but I couldn't feel any service as the receprion closes at 5pm and opened at 8am so I haven't seen any reception clerk during my stay. When I came at evening it was dark and I just couldnt find the entrance.

Excellent location and modern rooms
The hotel was very clean and the units were nicely appointed with everything that you need. Close to all downtown sites and shopping with great view of the water. A true hidden gem!

Family get together on Moen
We stayed in 2 of the family suites. They were very spacious and newly renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook our own breakfast. Location was perfect on the outskirts of town - nothing was too far on Moen - we loved our stay there.

Great standard and hospitality
The stay was absolutely great. We used it as "overflow" capacity for the family over Xmas. The host was very flexible wrt. checkin and -out. Rooms are clean and nice.

Lovely place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Residens Moen for two nights. It is well located across from the water. The building has a central courtyard with chairs for sitting. Our room was very comfortable, with high ceilings. The shared bathrooms were very clean, roomy, and private. At the end of the hallway is a nice gathering room with a kitchen, a table for eating, and a sofa space. Lots of books and games. We would have made better use of the space were it not for a family or families traveling together who were staying in our hall, and using he space. It made us realize t is a great place for family reunions. Perhaps some day...Finally, we appreciated having a free hearty breakfast every morning in the restaurant space or the dining hall upstairs. The service was friendly but we only say the staff person when we checked in but not again until we checked out.

Spacious accommodations close to town
A friendly staff presents an airy, newly renovated facility close to the bay and within walking distance of Stege. You don't have to eat at the restaurant, or cook for yourself in the provided kitchen, but it's nice to have the choice. Plenty of room and comfort.

Hyggeligt vandrehjem-stil.
Hyggeligt, hjemligt selvbetjent "hotel". Ligger i den dyre ende, idet det mere ligner et luksus-vandrehjem. Desværre ret fugtigt i Aller vinduer, håndklæder og gulvtæpper.

Ikke til topkarakter. Manglende rengøring, især i køkkenet. Mange ting var ikke rene. Selve køkken skabe osv. var beskidte med gamle krummer, støv og døde insekter. Et af rullegardinerne på et af værelserne var gået i stykker. Men gode senge med dejligt rent linned og håndklæder.

Charmante résidence en bord de mer. Les points positifs : situation en bord de mer, vue superbe, salon et cuisine commune et balcon commun où on peut manger avec vue sur mer. Le point négatif est qu'il n'y a personne sur place. Il s'agit d'une résidence sans réception avec un système de boîte à clef.

Kommer aldrig igen i vinterhalvåret
Her skal man ikke bo om vinteren. Ingen mulighed for køb af morgenmad eller personale. Så alt for dyrt. Er sikker på om sommeren er det sikkert et hyggeligt sted

Et godt ophold
Et rigtig godt ophold, god service og vores nøglekort blev lagt frem, så vi kunne ankomme senere end deres reception havde åben. Morgenmaden var god, og personalet venligt. Vi havde booket en hotellejlighed.
