"The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We opened the window to enjoy the fresh air. Location is superb. Right in the heart of town and the start of the trail system in the back yard. The grounds were lovely. Check in time was 4 pm, which seemed a little late but worth it for a clean room. The inside was dated but it represents a grander time. Finding our way around using stairs was confusing. The elevator was needed for our 3rd floor room. We didn't eat at the dining areas. Staff did not overly educate us on the amenities and sites nearby. I guess we had to ask."
