When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. "Great one night stay - staff were great and helped with our bikes to make them secure Food was excellent after a long bike ride and breakfast was a treat on a bike packing trip ."

"The accommodation had been double booked but they still went above and beyond to find a resolution and we did in fact stay at this lovely property. Our room was immaculate, the bathroom was stunning with the most amazing bath and shower! The food at their restaurant was “to die for”. It just melted in the mouth and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the beer garden and chatting to some of the local people, who met us with warm welcoming smiles. Would definitely stay here again!!"

You need to be up early to pay but free at night in carpark.Nice to have a decent cuppa and milk and biscuits provided very much appreciated. "Lovely pub with rooms in a beautiful village setting. The rooms are fairly small but clean, cozy and looks recently renovated. Well appointed with all the things you need. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order, with tea, coffee, juices and cereal also available. All staff were very friendly and helpful. This is apparently a community owned pub/B&B owned by the village, so deserves to be well supported. Top marks from me, and thoroughly recommended!"
