"Service var dårligt, Vagttelefon blev ikke taget kun sms som ventetiden lang på svar. Fik ingen mail med kode og der var ikke styr på antal gæster til værelset herunder manglede dyner og puder mv. Caféen på overnatningsstedet hvor der skulle være morgenmad som var lukket og dette var ikke oplyst på forhånd inden booking. Alt i alt dårlig oplevelse."

"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"It was a very nice location and a beautiful house with a nice garden with trampolines and a tabletennistable, kitchen on both floors but only one with a stove, this can be a bit busy if there are a lot of guests. Overall I am satisfied and would stay there again."
