"We recently spent a delightful weekend at Terviseparadiis with our grandchildren and returned richer for the experience. As someone who travels frequently, comparisons with previous experiences inevitably arise. Firstly, the water park was wonderful. Our grandsons truly enjoyed their time there—the water was at a comfortable temperature, there was ample space, and it wasn’t overcrowded. The water park guards were dedicated and professional, which added to our sense of safety and enjoyment. I was delighted with the Spa service. Masseuse Tiia in room 229 was exceptional, and I would recommend her to everyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The PURPUR restaurant provided pleasant and fast service. The breakfast was rich and tasty, though I believe the dining room could be made cosier to enhance the overall dining experience. However, what was somewhat disappointing was the general service culture of the hotel employees. I understand that it is summer and many young people are working as substitutes, but basic expressions of courtesy and smiles were lacking. Despite being beautiful young women, the reception staff seemed more focused on their computers than on welcoming guests. This made me feel unwelcome as a customer. It was also a bit inconvenient that I had to drive halfway back to the hotel because the employee inadvertently left some costs off the bill. This reminded me of service standards from the 90s"

"My only issue was no AC but that was MY fault for not noticing before I booked. This location is great!! We walked to the beach and the park. Even my 3yr old was able to do the walk. This beach area is VERY geared for kids. So many kid friendly activities. Breakfast was...not American but enough choices to get full. The coffee/espresso machine at breakfast was definitely a highlight. Parking is an issue. No one was at reception when we arrived, parking is free after 7pm. But I had to wake before 8am to try to figure it out. No one is at reception until 11am. So I drove around looking for the parking lots I saw in the map. I googled and scanned QR codes eventually I found an app it's 25€ for 24hrs so once we parked we didn't move the car again. There are other places near where we parked that came up as 10€ for 24hrs so it was confusing but I had been told it was 25€ so that was the zone I selected. The front desk was really helpful going above and beyond to help us. Right before we arrived my son ended up getting prescribed antibiotics. Our room didn't have a fridge. The front desk stores his medicine in their kitchen and froze water bottle for us so we could keep his medicine cold at night when the kitchen was locked. They also warmed food for him. And just all around went above and beyond to be helpful. "
