"Really nice hotel, great staff, and perfect location if you're wanting to see Boston sites (a few feet from Faneuil Hall and the Freedom Trail). Wish rooms had coffee maker, but other than that, very comfortable, and a unique funky vibe to the hotel. "
"I checked in late night and didn’t know there was an intercom by the revolving door (no instructions about that although I messaged the property about my late check in). Downloaded the citizenM app which did nothing and only added more confusion. I was able to go in with another person who tapped their card on the door. Otherwise the staff were kind and accommodating when I arrived at the front desk. The cost of my stay was really expensive but I would say less compare to other hotels around. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the view from my room. I will recommend this hotel. "
"Very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms down the hall were close by and private and clean. You choose one and it has everything you need- sink, shower, toilet, hooks, and place to set your things. Delicious quick breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby. "
"Staff were friendly, | Bed was comfy and private, checking in and out was easy | Close to the North Station | One of the bathrooms' sliding doors was stuck open | Overall would stay again."
"The staff was incredible! Above and beyond when it came to great hospitality and service. Always smiling, always asking how they can help!
Parking/valet was convenient and so easy! The gym was awesome!"
"I was incredibly happy with our stay and with the staff! Everyone was very nice. The location is absolutely perfect… You can walk to nearly anything would definitely stay here again!"
