"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time. The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options. "

"Overall this was a good experience minus one pretty major thing. We had gotten to the room after a long day and were in our pjs winding down in bed, my sister grabbed one of the pillows from the bed which was untouched by us before this time. The pillow had crusty stains on it as if it had not been cleaned at all from the previous stay. It was late so we didn’t want to go to th desk at that moment and so we threw it on the floor and used the extra pillow in the closet. When we reported this to them the next day they asked why we didn’t report it when we found it and brushed it off, which was not how I believe that should have been handled."
