Clean, spacious room. Helpful staff.

The place was awesome. 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Large dining room table for 10. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. The decor is tasteful. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable beds. Clean pool, the best part was lazy river. Good breakfast. Great location. Will come back!

Well folks, I have mostly positives and some negatives. I'm not great at writing, so maybe some bullet points will be useful. Positives: *Super sweet and helpful overnight staff at front desk *Very knowledgeable and friendly concierge *The Valet/porter staff were AWESOME and so so helpful! *Beds were super comfy and room was very clean *Received vouchers for breakfast as a nice gesture (To be explained below) Negatives: *There was no 24 hour access to food. This was an issue for us *We were grateful to get vouchers to Valencia, but it took 20 minutes to be sat even though it was mostly empty in there and was only serving buffet * It surprised me that so many of the public areas of the resort were really worn down or damaged. Lobby seating area had pilled up and dirty looking cushions *Free shuttle to Universal picked us up at 7:15am and we didn't arrive there until 10:15am...seriously! No one said a word about a three hour ride. Parents onboard w/ little kids were put in a really tough spot.

Helpful staff. Very close to the convention center!
