"Overall a great location and friendly staff. However, our A/C did not work (same for a mate also on 6th floor) they sent someone up who could control unit with their remote, but could only turn on/off and not change temp. This meant we had to leave the window open and it was very noisy. The breakfast was a nice freebie and has a nice selection, however for me the scrambled eggs were too runny."

"Check in was nice and easy and appreciated that I was allowed to check in at 11.00 when I arrived. The sleeping area in the room was nice although not too big. It was very warm in Poznan when I visited and the room felt stuffy even with the air con on so I didn’t sleep very well. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open during the night while I slept. Bathroom was a good size but felt dated, as did the balcony. The shower gel ran out while I was there and clearly wasn’t refilled before I checked in. In room safe and fridge were a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok, it felt very chaotic and the food was more catered to Polish people which I understand due to being in Poland. I wouldn’t completely rule out staying here again in future if I returned to Poznan but feel like I would many try somewhere else. The hotel is in a good location and Poznan is a really nice, clean and safe city to visit for a night or two."

"The hotel is very clean and check-in is easy. Breakfast buffet has a great variety and a very easy to use coffee machine. The room we stayed in was only on the 2nd floor next to Królowej Jadwigi street so it was very noisy (sounded like New York City with all the sirens). Not enough parking space for the size of the hotel. Overall good experience. "
